Jennifer is a 38 year old licensed Insurance Agent /Underwriting assistant, BAM Fitness Instructor, proud parent and former national level NPC figure competitor / fitness model.

 

In 1998 Jennifer became the proud parent of a beautiful baby girl.  2002 she began training for her first fitness/figure competition.  She placed 1st her first show leaving her yearning for the next.  Jennifer continued to compete through 2007, transforming her physique to flourish her overwhelming desire to stay fit while staying focused on being a committed & loving parent /provider.

 

Jennifer’s passion is to help others achieve & maintain a happy healthy lifestyle.   Whether  it pertains to family, fitness, nutrition, business or simply a hobby.  She encourages others to understand that balance & consistency is key.  Always dream big and never give up.

 

Jennifer continues to instruct group fitness classes for BAM Fitness, while gearing up to reach her clients at an entirely new level of fitness…virtual training.  She still works in the Insurance Industry and spends as much time as possible with her 15 year old daughter.  One could say the sky is the limit however  for Jennifer there is no  limit to her true potential.
