Getting physically fit is not an easy task for a lot of us. A determination to change your life and a willingness to learn new things are critical to success. It takes the dedication to make yourself workout on days when anything but physical activity sounds great. My goal is to help you build the traits necessary to become a physically active individual and develop a lifestyle to stay active and healthy.
An important part to staying active is to have a structured fitness regiment. This does not mean doing the same old routine over and over again. What it does mean is that without structure you won't be able to notice or sustain the benefits that staying active has on your life!
I use an integrated approach to health and fitness. This means that I like to integrate strength training with other forms of training such as flexibility training, cardiorespiratory training, balance training, and reactive training into a structured functional program. Our mission is to make each individual as functional and as healthy as their genetics allow.
